ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return, the wheel/rim(s) must meet all of the following:

▪ Unused / uninstalled (no mounting, no tire install, no balancing, no road use) 
▪ No scratches, scuffs, chips, dents, or marks of any kind 
▪ Returned with all original parts and accessories, including (if applicable): center caps, valve stems, hardware, adapters, stickers, documents, and any included extras 
▪ Returned in original packaging (boxes, foam, protective materials) and packed securely to prevent damage in transit

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns are not accepted for:

▪ Items that have been mounted, installed, driven on, or modified 
▪ Items with cosmetic damage or signs of use (including tool marks) 
▪ Custom or special-order wheels (made-to-order finishes, custom specs such as PCD/offset/width, custom machining, engraved/laser markings, etc.) 
▪ Clearance / final sale items (if labeled as such)

RETURN SHIPPING

▪ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, shipping damage, or defective item). 
▪ We strongly recommend using insured shipping and keeping the tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

INSPECTION & REFUNDS

▪ All returns are inspected upon arrival. 
▪ If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. 
▪ Refunds typically include the item price only. Original shipping charges are not refundable (unless required by law or the return is due to our error). 
▪ If the item is returned used, damaged, missing accessories, or improperly packaged, the return may be denied or subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size/spec, contact us first. Exchanges are subject to availability, and the original item must meet the return eligibility requirements.
